The The Verandah Apts. (PBV Senior Apartments) waiting list for age 55 and older only, opens 2/11/26 @ 7:30am. Applications may be picked up at our office- The Housing Authority of Americus located at 825 Mayo Street from 7:30m - 12 noon; 1:00pm - 5:00pm.
The East Oaks waiting list will open on- line only February 11, 2026 @ 7:30a.m.

The Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List is closed. We have more than 300 applicants at this time.
